How The Magic Happens

01. DISCOVERY CALL

Let’s chat! Every brand has a story to tell, and I can’t wait to hear yours! We’ll discuss your business and photoshoot goals here. After there’s an understanding of your brand needs, the the magic starts to happen!

02. onboarding — welcome kit

Once we’ve officially signed on to work together, you’ll receive a welcome kit with your Photo Strategy Questionnaire. We’ll create a Pinterest board together to invite you in the collaboration process of creating your dream photoshoot.

03. Photoshoot Direction Guide

Next, I’ll craft a custom Photoshoot Creative Direction Guide — complete with a mood board, styling suggestions, prep tips, shot list, and location ideas. We’ll hop on a planning call to walk through it all and make sure everything feels aligned.

04. 1-hour brand photoshoot

The fun begins! With our vision in place, we’ll bring your brand to life through intentional, high-impact visuals that reflect your style, story, and strategy.

05. post-production & refinement

After the shoot, I’ll begin editing your photos with intention and polish. Every project includes 3 rounds of refinement to ensure the final gallery reflects your vision perfectly. Open, collaborative communication is always key here!

06. final photo DELIVERY 🎉

A round of applause for you! You’ll receive your final gallery along with a walkthrough video so you know exactly how to use and organize your brand-new imagery. My goal is for you to feel clear, confident, and fully empowered moving forward.

  • We’ll cover all of this in your Photoshoot Direction Guide! I’ll include outfit inspiration, tips on what photographs well, and we’ll collaborate on looks that feel true to you and your brand.

  • Absolutely! I’ll guide you through every step — from natural movement to poses that feel aligned with your brand. You’ll never feel awkward or unsure, I promise.

  • The session is 1 hour — plenty of time to capture a strong variety of shots, locations, and outfit changes, all while keeping things relaxed and efficient.

  • Yes, please! Props that reflect your brand or daily workflow (laptop, coffee mug, packaging, tools, etc.) are encouraged. They help add personality and context to your photos.

  • You’ll receive your fully edited gallery within 1 week after our shoot. I’ll also include a walkthrough so you feel confident using them across your website, social media, and more.

  • Yes! Location planning is included in the creative direction process. Whether you prefer an indoor studio vibe or something more natural and lifestyle-based, we’ll make sure the location aligns with your brand.

  • You’ll receive 30 high-res images, edited and ready to use. I prioritize quality, variety, and intentional storytelling in every gallery.

  • Yes! Extended sessions or add-ons are available. Just let me know what you’re envisioning, and I’ll share custom options that fit your needs.
