01. DISCOVERY CALL
Let’s chat! Every brand has a story to tell, and I can’t wait to hear yours! We’ll discuss your business and goals here. After there’s an understanding of your brand needs, the the magic starts to happen!
02. onboarding — welcome kit
Once we’ve officially signed on to work together, you’ll receive a welcome kit with your Exploration Assignments. We’ll create a Pinterest board together to invite you in the collaboration process of creating your custom brand or website.
03. brand strategy
Next, we’ll put together an in-depth plan that outlines your brand’s passion, purpose, and target market, while also analyzing your competition and overall goals so that you can stand out from the crowd.
04. brand & website DESIGN
Using the strategies and inspiration we gathered, we’ll begin concept development. We’ll take an approach on one concept after playing around with a few other directions, as we narrow down options and start focusing on delivering the best.
05. REFINE
Each project comes with 3 rounds of refinement per design or per web page to make your vision come to life. I want what’s best for your business, but we also want you to be happy with the results. Because of this, open communication is key.
06. DELIVER & launch 🎉
A round of applause to you! Before I let your wings fly, I’ll go through a detailed video training explaining the ins and outs on everything we created together so you have all the tools you need to feel EMPOWERED in your business.

At this time, we don’t offer logo design as a stand-alone service. All of our projects begin with strategy so that you have a clear foundation to build from and your design aligns with your business goals.

A Brand Style Guide is a PDF that I put together at the end of a project that showcases all the guidelines for YOUR brand. It includes the font system, color palette with color codes, and logo best practices. Everything you need to thrive in your business!

Yes! If you’re in need in a copywriter, I partner with an AMAZING copywriter who will make all your content on your website a dream come true.

Yes! For e-commerce development I use Squarespace, but if you’re interested in Shopify, let’s chat! I will develop the structure of the shop (products and collections), complete 3-5 full product examples, and then train you how to implement the remaining products for your shop.

Yes, absolutely! The invoice is broken down into 3 payments - (1) you will pay the initial 25% of your package price to hold your spot in my calendar; (2) the next 25% is due on the project start date, and (3) the remaining 50% is due at the end of the project. Any additional fees (i.e. fonts, textures, etc.) will be discussed prior and added to the final invoice.
